IsoMetrix achieves an ‘A’ rating for security posture in Q3 2021

‘A 95’ score exceeds industry average and confirms IsoMetrix’s commitment to ISO 27001 Information Security Management standard.

IsoMetrix has underlined its commitment to information security by achieving a higher than industry average score of ‘A 95’ in an assessment undertaken by SecurityScorecard, a US-based information security company that rates cybersecurity postures of corporate entities.

SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 1000 organizations and aims to make all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their externally facing digital footprint.

IsoMetrix achieved its high rating in late October 2021, obtaining a 100% flawless score for the threat indicators including DNS health, patching cadence, endpoint security, IP reputation, cubit score, hacker chatter, information leak, and social engineering.

Barry Vercueil, Senior Manager: Information Technology at IsoMetrix commented that “We recognize at senior levels the need to ensure that its business operates smoothly and without interruption for the benefit of its customers, shareholders and other stakeholders. To provide such a level of continuous operation, we implemented an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in-line with the International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001. This standard defines the requirements for an ISMS based on internationally recognized best practice.”

“We’re obviously very proud of our high rating and we intend to maintain and even improve upon it. It’s great to receive external assurance and validation that our software customers can enjoy peace-of-mind when it comes to trusting us with the protection of their information” he added.
