Multinational TSX-listed mining company Endeavour Mining is one of the world’s top ten senior gold producers. With mining sites spread throughout West Africa, the organization was facing difficulties collecting data in a way that was both timely and sufficiently comprehensive to satisfy organizational needs.
Approaching IsoMetrix, Endeavour Mining’s main objective was to collect data more efficiently at site-level and to host this data within a centralized software system that is user-friendly and conducive to producing the required Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports.

Utilizing these dashboards, managers can see how their sites are doing across a range of measures, as well as where trends lie and if any issues have arisen, using real-time drilldowns.
Furthermore, they could see the status of actions, and to track these actions to successful close out, enabling Endeavour Mining to follow-through on post-analysis recommendations and assisting the company to make the most of using IsoMetrix’s software.

With Endeavour Mining’s eight mining sites located in West Africa, a French-speaking region, this presented a potential challenge in terms of using software developed and displayed in English. IsoMetrix’s range of software offers full multi-language support however, and with comprehensive translation to French of all text within the solutions and modules, Endeavour Mining found it easier to train its French-speaking employees in using the software effectively.
