As the effects of the global pandemic continue to evolve, we remain vigilant in monitoring the situation and taking precautions to mitigate risks to our communities. The health and well-being of our customers, employees and partners are a top priority. Our shared mission of EHSQ is more important and relevant than ever.
We have already implemented policies on travel, remote working and workplace safety for our employees, consistent with guidance from public health authorities. We’re mindful of the well being of our employees. As such, we recently ran a survey to assess their working conditions and wellbeing at home, and provide professional online fitness sessions during the week.
As part of our Customer Success strategy, we have been actively communicating how IsoMetrix can be used in response to COVID-19. Our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) has been releasing use cases and videos to demonstrate best practices.
Our SMEs and Customer Success managers have also been proactively engaging with our customers and prospects to better understand what the “new normal” will look like. We also interviewed several of our advisory partners to understand their perspective on the current situation, the impacts on the economy and how it affects the mining industry in particular.
Based on these engagements, our Product team has developed three solutions in responses to three specific challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic:
- Business Continuity Management Solution: Enabling companies to manage the continuity of their business
- Screening Tool: Supporting companies as their employees return to work; and monitoring the health of their workforce
- Pandemic Crisis Management Solution: Helping companies manage the overall impact on their workforce
